Dear Grade 1 and Grade 2 Parents,

We would like to invite you to Grade 1 and 2 Sports Morning on Monday 2 February  08.10-09.30. Parents enter and exit via Primary entrance . Use carpark in Primary enter through the Primary gate and our staff will direct you to the location. Please come along and support your children. After the sports event the children will have a normal morning in school.

A reminder that parents may photograph their own children only, for safeguarding reasons. Do not photograph staff or other adults without their permission. These are the E safety protocols of the school. Thank you for your co-operation. The Grade 1 & 2 team look forward to seeing you on Monday.

Dear Reception (KG2) Parents,

We would like to invite you to the reception (KG2) Sports Morning on Tuesday 3 February 08.15 -09.30 in the Infant playground. Please come along and support your children. After the sports event the children will have a normal morning in school.

Could I ask  parents to leave the children with their teachers as usual  and then you will be guided to the sports are? We will create a seating area for parents who need to wait. This allows staff to set up the playground and organise the children more easily. A reminder that parents may photograph their own children only, for safeguarding reasons. Do not please photograph staff or other adults without their permission. These are the E safety protocols of the school. Thank you for your co-operation. أولياء أمور طلاب مرحلة رياض الأطفال ( KG2) المحترمون،

يسرّنا دعوتكم لحضور صباح الأنشطة الرياضية لطلاب مرحلة رياض الأطفال (KG2)، وذلك في يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 3 فبراير من الساعة 08:15 صباحًا حتى 09:30 صباحًا في ملعب مرحلة رياض الأطفال. نرجو منكم الحضور لدعم وتشجيع أبنائكم. وبعد انتهاء الفعالية الرياضية، سيواصل الأطفال يومهم الدراسيّ بشكل طبيعي داخل المدرسة.

نرجو من أولياء الأمور ترك الأطفال مع معلميهم كالمعتاد، وبعد ذلك سيتم إرشادكم إلى منطقة الأنشطة الرياضية. كما سيتم توفير منطقة جلوس مخصصة لأولياء الأمور الذين يحتاجون إلى الانتظار. ويساعد ذلك الموظفين على تجهيز الساحة وتنظيم الأطفال بصورة أسهل.

نود تذكيركم بأن أولياء الأمور مسموح لهم بتصوير أبنائهم فقط، وذلك لأسباب تتعلق بسلامة الطلاب. ولا يُسمح بتصوير الموظفين أو أي بالغين آخرين دون الحصول على إذنهم. ويأتي ذلك وفق بروتوكولات السلامة الإلكترونية المعتمدة في المدرسة. نشكركم على حسن تعاونكم.

Dear Grade 11-12 Parents,

As you are aware students have started their mock GCSE and International Advanced Level examinations. We are offering targeted revision sessions on a daily basis and encourage students to take advantage of these, also supervised revision areas in school are available. The exit time for students not attending these sessions would be 10.30 if they only have an examination in session 1 am or 12.30 am if they have an examination in Session 2 and those taking Art and languages will be asked to stay for oral practice and coursework completion. We will offer targeted revision at 13.00 on certain days with prior notice.

Should you NOT wish your child to participate in additional targeted revision and/or supervision revision spaces then please email me on admin@fpa.sch.ae to confirm this. Thanking you for your attentions to this matter.

Dear Parents.

Happy New Year!

We have just received the Ministry of Education circular concerning school hours on a Friday given the new prayer time in the UAE of 12.45 pm. School starts at the usual time and the last lesson of the day will finish at 11.20 am. Students will be ready for collection at 11.30 am. The MOE also states that Friday is a compulsory attendance day for students. Unfortunately we have noticed poor attendance on Fridays by some students, this has an impact on their performance. Please ensure that your child attends school as normal. Thanking you for your kind assistance in this matter.

السادة أولياء الأمور الكرام،

يطيب لنا أن نقدم لكم أصدق التهاني بمناسبة عيد الاتحاد، ونعلمكم بأن المدرسة ستغلق أبوابها يومي الاثنين 1 ديسمبر والثلاثاء 2 ديسمبر احتفالاً بهذه المناسبة وفقاً للتوجيهات.

ستستأنف الدراسة بشكل طبيعي مع الحصص التعليمية المعتادة بدءاً من يوم الأربعاء 3 ديسمبر، ثم الخميس 4 ديسمبر، والجمعة 5 ديسمبر.

مواعيد الانصراف يومي الأربعاء والخميس:

• من مرحلة الروضة الأولى حتى الصف العاشر: الساعة 1:30 ظهراً
• الصفان الحادي عشر والثاني عشر: الساعة 3:00 عصراً

أما يوم الجمعة فسيكون دوام الصباح فقط كالمعتاد لجميع الصفوف.

Dear Parents,

May we offer you our sincere congratulations on the Occasion of Eid Al Etihad and inform you that school is closed  Monday 1 December and Tuesday 2 December for the celebrations as per the directive. Normal class with taught lessons will take place on Wednesday 3, Thursday 4, Friday 5 December. Finishing time on Wednesday and Thursday for KG1-Grade 10 is 13.30 and Friday morning as usual. Grade 11 and 12 examination classes finish at 15.00 Wednesday and Thursday and Friday morning as usual.

Dear Parents,

Congratulations on the 54th anniversary of Al Etihad and to confirm to you that, as per the most recent directive The holiday period is Saturday 29th November, Sunday 30th November, Monday 1^st December, Tuesday 2^nd December. School reopens with normal working hours Wednesday 3rd, Thursday 4th, Friday 5th December. 

Thursday 20th November is the Al Etihad celebration in school and on that day students may leave at 13.30. If supervision is required until 15.00 then email admin@fpa.sch.ae or write in the home school book/homework planner and it will be provided.

During the examination week 24th-28th November school will finish at 13.30. Should you wish your child to remain until 15.00 then write in the home school book/homework planner or email admin@fpa.sch.ae.
