3- Student’s Emirates ID copy.
4-Father’s passport with Unified number page copy.
5-Father’s Emirates ID copy.
6-Family book copy.
Non UAE Nationals:
1- One Passport size photo of student .
2-Student’s passport with visa copy.
3- Student’s Emirates ID copy.
4-Father’s passport with visa copy.
