The school is required to take part in the National Oral Survey. This is for Grade 1, 6 and 9. Girls will be on Monday 15th May. Boys will be on Tuesday 16th May. Parents are requested to consent (Yes or No). Kindly fill the attached consent with your reply then, email back to the school nurse Ms Mitzi: administrator@fpa.sch.ae before Monday morning 8th May please.
