Dear G12 & G13 Parents,

We wish to invite you to the Graduation of the class of 2025 to be held in the Multipurpose Hall of Fujairah Private Academy in the presence of the Crown Prince HH Shaikh Mohamed Bin Hamad Al Sharqi on Tuesday 17^th June at 17.00.

Guests should be seated by 16.40 and the event will start promptly at 17.00.  We wish to advise you of security arrangements under the direction of the Crown Princes Office.

• Park please in the main carpark in front of the administration Building. Security will direct you to the Multipurpose Hall.
• There is no entry from the middle school parking area and police will be on duty there.
• On entry to the foyer of the multipurpose Hall you will pass a security check where bags will be screened by a machine operated by security operatives.
• You are only able to enter or leave the Hall through this entrance
• Please ensure that you bring the tickets or take a photo and show them to school staff so they can mark on the visitor list.
• There are official photographers from the government and FPA school photographers who are identifiable.
• At the end of the ceremony when dignitaries have left, you are free to take photographs of others outside the family with the permission of the student, the teacher or any other person.

Dear Parents,

Eid Mubarak!

May we offer our congratulations on the Occasion of Eid Al Adha commencing Friday 6th June. School will re-open as per the directive on Monday 9^th June and school examination and testing starts that week. Kindly note that the last day of term will be Friday 27th June until 11.50 a,m.

We have been instructed by the Ministry of Education that we are unable to issue reports until the mark sheets have been approved by them, however, the school will send them electronically as soon as that has been obtained.

Dear Parents,

We have been requested by the Ministry of Health to inform you that flu vaccinations will be available in school for students whose parents consent to these. There is a consent form which will need to be completed and proof of vaccination for those already vaccinated. The QR code gives details in English and Arabic. Completed forms should be emailed to the school nurse on administrator@fpa.sch.ae

أولياء أمور  الصفين السادس والسابع الكرام،

سيتم عرض المسرحية المدرسية “معضلات التكنولوجيا الرقمية”  وذلك يومي:

 الأربعاء 30 أبريل:  لأولياء أمور وأفراد الأسرة البالغين لطلاب الصف السادس/ أزرق، السادس/ أخضر، السابع.1

الخميس 1 مايو: لأولياء أمور وأفراد الأسرة البالغين لطلاب الصف السادس/ أحمر، السابع.2، السابع.3

سيبدأ العرض الساعة 8.15 صباحًا وسينتهي في الساعة 9.00 صباحًا، سيتم إقامة العرض في الطابق الثاني لمكتبة المدرسة، بالجزء المخصص للدراما والموسيقى، سيكون هناك عرض لأشقاء طلاب الصفوف المذكوة أعلاه والذين يدرسون بالصفوف من الأول إلى العاشر.

سيتم الدخول إلى المدرسة من بوابة المرحلة المتوسطة، يُرجَى من سيادتكم إتباع سياسة المدرسة فيما يتعلق بالتقاط الصور أو مقاطع الفيديو؛ يُرجى الانتباه أنه لأسباب الوقاية والحماية يُمكن لأولياء الأمور تصوير أبناءهم فقط، لطفًــــــــــــــــــــــــــا يُمنَع منعًا باتًا التقاط صور فوتوغرافية لموظفي المدرسة أوالطلاب الآخرين أو أولياء أمورهم، حيث أن هذه هي إجراءات السلامة الالكترونية للمدرسة.
