Dear Parents,

We have been requested by the Ministry of Health to inform you that flu vaccinations will be available in school for students whose parents consent to these. There is a consent form which will need to be completed and proof of vaccination for those already vaccinated. The QR code gives details in English and Arabic. Completed forms should be emailed to the school nurse on administrator@fpa.sch.ae
