Dear Parents,

Ramadan Kareem.

As we come to the final days of the Spring term we request assistance. School as per the calendar is open Thursday 27^th March 09.00-14.00 and Friday 28^th March 09.00-11.50. If your child is unwell please do not send them to school. We are still teaching classes but there have been many requests for children to leave throughout the day for non-health issues which has caused issues for teachers and impacts on learning of the remaining children. So I respectfully request that children are in school for the whole session  do not attend.

Dear Grade 8-13 Parents,

Ramadan Kareem!

We are holding an Iftar for the female students of the school in G8-13 on Tuesday 25^th March and this is being organised by Grade 12 girls and Ms Sophia. This will be attended by female teachers, Ms Jonine and myself. The invitation is for all girls in these grades including non-Muslim students who are most welcome.

As this is an FPA family event we are requesting that students bring Iftar food and items suitable for breaking the fast and these items will be shared. Prayers will be led by Ms Reham and the female teachers in the Arabic Department. Girls should arrive between 17.30 and 18.00 and we expect them to be ready for collection at 19.30. I will have a school phone to take photographs of girls who wish, otherwise no photos should be taken by students.

So we can plan, if you daughter intends attending please ask them to inform Ms Jonine in Grade 8 & 9 and Meirah in Grade 12 for G10-13 girls.

Dear Grade 9-13 Parents,

Ramadan Mubarak!

We are holding an Iftar for the male students of the school in G9-13 on Tuesday 18^th March and this is being organised by Grade 12 boys. This will be attended by male teachers and Mr Mamdouh Head of Arabic and Islamic and Mr David Vice Principal will be managing it. The invitation is for all boys in these grades including non-Muslim students who are most welcome.

As this is an FPA family event, we are requesting that students bring Iftar food and items suitable for breaking the fast and these items will be shared. Prayers will be led by Mr Mamdouh and Mr Osama. Boys should arrive between 17.30 and 18.00 and we expect boys to be ready for collection at 19.30. A staff member will have a school camera for photos otherwise no photos should be taken by students.

So we can plan, if your son intends attending please ask them to inform Ms Jonine.

أولياء أمور المرحلة المتوسطة، الإعدادية والثانوية الكرام،

يسرنا دعوة سيادتكم لحضور اليوم الرياضي لطلاب المرحلة المتوسطة، الإعدادية والثانوية يوم الخميس  27 فبراير من الساعة 8.10 إلى الساعة 9.30 صباحًا،  كما هو المعتاد في مدرسة الفجيرة الخاصة يتم فصل الطلاب عن الطالبات عند مزاولة الأنشطة الرياضية، ستكون أنشطة الطالبات في الصالة الرئيسية بالمرحلة وملعب كرة السلة مقابل المرحلة المتوسطة، أما أنشطة الطلاب فستكون في ملعب كرة السلة وملعب كرة القدم الخاص بالمرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية، ستُقام فعالية خاصة بالأمهات فقط في الصالة الرئيسية بالمرحلة (للسيدات فقط)، كما ستكون هناك فعالية خاصة (بالآباء فقط) في ملعب كرة القدم، يُرجَى التكرم بالحضور والمشاركة وتقديم الدعم لأبنائكم، سيستأنف الطلاب اليوم الدراسي كالمعتاد عقب انتهاء الفعالية.

يُرجَى من أولياء الأمور الدخول إلى المدرسة من المدخل الرئيسي، ثمّ التوجه إلى أماكن الجلوس في المنطقة المظللة للإنتظار في المرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية إذا حضرتم لدعم الطلاب، أو في الصالة الرئيسية بالمرحلتين الإعدادية والثانوية إذا حضرتم لدعم الطالبات.

لطــــــــفًا يُرجى من أولياء الأمور (السيدات) مراعاة عدم ارتداء أحذية ذات كعب عالٍ حيث أن ذلك يؤدي إلى إلحاق ضرر بالأرضيات المطاطية، بل يفضل ارتداء أحذية رياضية للمشاركة في فعالية السيدات!

يُرجى الانتباه أنه لأسباب الوقاية والحماية يُمكن لأولياء الأمور تصوير أبناءهم فقط، يجب عدم التقاط صور فوتوغرافية لموظفي المدرسة أوالطلاب الآخرين بدون تصريح أو إذن منهم بذلك، حيث أن هذه هي إجراءات السلامة الالكترونية للمدرسة.  نشكر لسيادتكم حسن تعاونكم معنا في هذا الشأن، يتطلع فريق عمل المرحلة المتوسطة، الإعدادية والثانوية  للقائكم يوم الخميس 27 فبرايـــــــــــــر.
